This Cass House wedding holds a very special place in our hearts because it serves as a constant reminder of what an awesome industry we work in and how blessed we are to be wedding photographers.
Helen and Rocco initially hired another photographer (who is a friend of ours) to shoot their wedding. Unfortunately, their photographer got in a car accident just a few weeks before their wedding and severely injured her back.
At Pie Shoppe, we have multiple photographers who shoot for us and usually one of them is available on any given day. So, when we heard about the accident, we checked everyone’s availability and were happy to see that Loretta was available. We asked Loretta if she was willing to shoot Helen + Rocco’s wedding and she was totally on board without any hesitation!
It is so awesome to work in a community where we all have each others’ backs… no pun intended.
